| Lorraine Elliot lorraine.elliott@anu.edu.au (02) 6125 0589 | Lorraine Elliott is an Associate Investigator on the CEPS project 'Changing Regional and International Structures and Threats’ headed by Professor Bill Tow. Dr Elliott is a Senior Fellow (Associate Professor) in the Department of International Relations at The Australian National University. She returned to the ANU in September 2005 after a two-year secondment to the Department of Politics and International Studies at the University of Warwick, where she was Reader in International Relations and Programme Director for the MA in International Relations. She is currently undertaking research on transnational environmental crime, illegal resource activity and regulatory responses via the Transnational Environmental Crime project, and has delivered a number of papers within Australia and internationally on this topic, for which she has received grants from the International Centre of Excellence in Asia-Pacific Studies and the ANU Linkage Pilot Program. She is also Chief Investigator for the Macarthur Foundation Asia Security Initiative project on ‘Climate Security, Human Security and Social Resilience’ based at the Centre for Non-Traditional Security, S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies, Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore. Dr Elliott holds a Senior Visiting Fellowship at NTU for the duration of this project.
