Dr Thierry Bouhours provides research assistance on the project 'Building Rule of Law Capacity in a Transitional State: Lessons from the Australian Criminal Justice Assistance Programme in Cambodia' headed by CEPS Associate Investigator, Professor Rod Broadhurst. Thierry has been involved in the Cambodian research project since January 2007 and holds a PhD in Education and Criminology from Griffith University.
