| Julie Ayling julie.ayling@anu.edu.au (02) 6125 6035 | Julie Ayling is a Research Fellow in the Regulatory Institutions Network (RegNet) at the Australian National University and an Associate Investigator in CEPS. Prior to joining RegNet, she was a senior lawyer in the Australian Public Service working on issues of international law and communications law. Her research interests include policing, criminalization, transnational crime and the global diffusion of criminal justice law and policies. She is author, with Professors Peter Grabosky and Clifford Shearing, of Lengthening the Arm of the Law (Cambridge University Press, 2009).
