Simon Bonney is a CEPS PhD student and currently an Australian Public Service employee. Previously he worked for the NSW Attorney General’s Department. He has a Master of Arts from the University of Technology, Sydney.

Simon’s CEPS Supervisor is Professor Roderic Broadhurst and his thesis title is "An exploration of covert information gathering practices".
